The Bear behind Bea Hugs Corner. This little guy was given to me as a baby, from my Aunt. He has been with me through thick and thin while I was little. If you look closely you can see the stitching my Grandmom (Mommom) did for me. Thankfully she always humored me and fixed him right up. As you can see he's had a few coats of paint applied to his eyes, and some how lost part of the left one. Though I think the nose and mouth are original. The message on the shirt says "From me bearhug, michael". He usually resides in a little baby boy one piece outfit, though I took him out so you can see what he should look like. Its my hope that he either becomes a family heirloom or is buried with me when I leave this world.

Ok So..I've known this bear my whole life and I certainly don't remember it wearing a yellow shirt that says "From me bearhug, michael" on it. Did Aunt Rose write that or you? I always remember him in that baby boy sleeper thingy...Anyway, I love it, I love that it is named after him I think it's perfect. I can't wait to check in everyday like I do at the Tinroof. I'm so glad we are all doing this..Hey, heard about the new jobby thing..Wonderful that you are taking all this time off..You certainly deserve it you work hard and should get it more often..Loving all the time, Lissy

I think I wrote it, because the spelling is way off. Probably when I was in kindergarten or 1st grade.
